Rod Githens, Ph.D.
Founder
Rod’s worked his entire career to help groups and organizations reach their full potential. He’s served as an internal professional, professor, academic leader, and consultant. With a team of amazing colleagues, he helps organizations serve their customers at levels they didn’t realize were possible through innovation, design, and strategy.
nikki lowery
Facilitator & Trainer
Nikki facilitates design thinking, program design and evaluation, and leadership development. Her experience includes leading projects to develop and maintain employee engagement, development initiatives, and conflict resolution. In complex organizational leadership roles, she has coached, managed, and motivated others through influence and communication while maintaining a positive environment during challenging times.
Shelby Pierce
Trainer & Facilitator
Shelby helps groups and organizations that traditionally met in person, to create meaningful and productive online meetings. In addition to facilitation work, she has 10 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare sectors. Shelby dedicates herself to bringing change through community organizing and volunteer work on nonprofit boards.
Nileen Verbeten, MSW, MBA
Trainer & Consultant
Nileen works with organizations to align their efforts to create the future they desire. Her past experiences improving broken systems in healthcare delivery have fueled her pursuit of process improvement. She now works primarily with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and state agencies. She’s specifically focused on helping organizations improve operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and facilitate discussions around complex issues.
